    2c fully franked divvy this quarter it turns out - much better than expected. If it manages to keep up at this rate - 8c per year for the current 97c (just went up to 98c as I typed) per share, and with it's track record of being conservative in promises and over delivery, makes this one of the biggest bargain around IMHO. I would not be surprised if it shoots pass $1 within the next few days. I say grab some now if you have the cash.
