    I totally agree with you.

    I am not too concerned about the capital exp. Because only half the capex in the prospectus was just committed and the other half is planned capex. In worst case secnario, they could scrap the planned capex. Comparing against the rival AIO, AIO has a lot of debt.If recession hits, qr will definitely survive longer than AIO. You can look at the performance of aio during the recent financial crisis.

    Also, when the big miners say they will build their own railways, i don't really buy that. because, if they could do that, why the hell they proposed a deal to buy qr to prevent it from listing?

    The only thing i'm concerned is the slowing down of china and I'm pretty sure there will happen, but just not sure when.......Hence this remains the risk.

    I was fully loaded anyway, was planning to trim down but can't do it since i subscribe through general offer.
