Hi Guys,

Just submitting an application to the WA Dept of Minerals and Energy. They have a rule where approvals are finalised in 30 days. The only hold up is if information is missing or insufficient then they stop the clock, notify you then start the clock again once you have addressed shortfalls. I suspect it may be the same in Qld as both departments have been aligning regulations. Can anyone clarify if this is the same process in Qld.
