Lets face it, the torrent of water has moved some very heavy items around, and at some stage has to be moved back.
The amount of engineering companies and large civil engineering businesses that will need lifting equipment in the short to long term is immense, its just a matter for jobs to be put in train contract wise, and should be good for 18 months +.
It's unfortunate this disaster has happened and the worst of all the loss of life, however, the state has to get back to being financial and this needs lifting equipment.
