Its good to see Peter Bond playing the pragmatist.

Imo, yesterday's Qld Govt ruling increases the stakes in Cougar's legal case.

In no way has the Qld Govt proven Cougar guilty of environmental breeches or guilty of poor risk management.

Given yesterday's ruling to the exclusion of Cougar, a win in the court case could arguably amplify the claim for compensation.

An effective Cougar management would put some effort into this case imo.
