Good to see ya back here Dex, and on this occasion I might have a different view. Thing is I suppose I've been bitten before by attmepting to send good money after bad (even though we thought it was ctually good). Fact is, to pursue the legal case could cost a lot of cash, cash CXY doesn't have. And the outcome isn't always a matter of common sense, or even politics . . . . . its a matter of law, and worse than that, often an interpretation of the law.

For me, after six years of trying to get UCG away in QLD, I'd prefer CXY to focus on generating some value in the company, not "take another punt on winning big dollars".

If UCG is going to form part of CXY's future then so be it. But lets do that on the back of a "clean" project, with willing participants, not reluctant governments.
