From what I understand this is an improvement to the actual carbon fibres manufacture itself, so Lemond is paying a license fee for the technology. This should help to bring down the cost to companies like QHL and others who purchase carbon fibre of course to produce parts.
If the context of your query is in regards to how this may impact QHL. it can only be of benefit IMHO. One aspect of QHL's work with Qure/RST, is to bring down the time it takes to produce complex carbon fibre parts in a mass produced framework. If it can do this (and it is) with a lower cost raw product, then we should see further improvements to cashflow and the balance sheet generally.
