@mattyarty -- What is your average price on the holdings then? If they did a placement only.... to ACQ and then JD not long after took up the options. Lets say ACQ paid 10 cents per share for 40,000,000 = $4M then JD pays 12.5 cents per share for 25,000,000 = $3,125,000
Cash balance increases $7.125M and shares outstanding (roughly) = 627,880,000
Would this scenario piss you off and: "...if your theory is correct, but if it is I wont be in the company any longer."?
