@cocokat -- Let me clarify, what I meant about the tie-up, which I could see happening. If QHL did do a placement to ACQ, then it would put some more confidence behind the SP. It may not help James Douglas directly, but he is an investment director there... it could directly benefit WHSP once they get this fired off (as that is their direct holding on both sides of the fence). The options will only help James Douglas and mates, to make some good money. But, even though that is the case, it is all about the end game, not the fight to get there. I think they will definitely go ahead with the transaction and it is coming soon. The only thing in the way is the pricing. You can go on and on about not necessary for a placement or the such, but if they get what they want, then they don't care if it pisses anyone off and they will soak up the sell off it it makes some people angry. We will see in the coming months ahead what is the game plan from that board. If anyone doesn't agree then that's fine. Wait and see.
