Andy,
Turning ideas companies into businesses is so difficult. Creating a marketable product and a market with inedaquate funds is a formula for the brave at heart. Quickstep is all of that and more. I was privaledged to see the company's workings on the ground and it really impressed me. However, it was still settling in after the move and it didn't have the right hum. However, like you, I do believe the transition is happening and that we have a good investment in the making.
