yeah well at the time SGL was 27.5c and QGC 72c from memory. they offered one QGC for every two SGL shares held which straight up valued SGL at 36c/share.
QGC closed today at $4.44. SGL's board strongly advised against the offer and yet the sp is still well below what QGC valued it at the time of their offer, let alone what could have been with QGC...
