    Interestingly, the day Michael Knight was appointed Chairman of SGL (21/4/05) the share price was $0.815.

    The first day of trading after he and Purcell resigned (15/12/05) the share price was $0.27 !

    And QGC are using the whole team that Knight surrounded himself with as their advisers for the bid.
    Is that ethical? Wise?

    Will Knight pop up as an adviser to QGC also? Currently MIA.

    QGC have stated they will appoint Purcell CEO of SGL if bid is successful. Would SGL shareholders see that as a positive?
