But doesn't beat going to a Kiosk. Check her postcode, unless she lives out in a small town there will likely be several near her location.
Too many restrictions with QFX DVD Post, $13 a month and you can only order one DVD at a time , by the time that's posted, watched, returned and marked off as returned by QFX you'd be lucky to get through 4 movies a month.
If a DVD gets misplaced or lost in transit, enjoy the extra charges and battle with customer support.
"I keep getting letters of demand from this company, for the cost of 2 DVD's they claim I have not returned. I have contacted EC Legal / ecollect.com.au (author of the letters) numerous times and advised then that I have returned the DVD's. In fact I have witnesses who were with me when I place them in the Australia Post letterbox. Now I have received a final demand threatening legal action if I don't pay. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - They are obviously scammers !"
QFX tried to copy NFLX DVD post business model and even after all these years it's still a loss and drag on operational costs. About the only market it might work for is rural Australia which has no where near a big enough potential customer base. Even when DVDs were still popular this was a loser for QFX let alone now.
They should of dumped DVD Post years ago, Aus doesn't have a big enough rural customer base to support it.
