I think the TACTI 002 abstract will follow on from the story line of TACTI -mel phase 1 dose escalation results for last cohort
TACTI 002 - patients start on 30 mg dose whIch Is the same as fInal TACTI-mel cohort
Therefore if results from TACTI-mel is good it wIll validate and endorse the phase 2 TACTI-002 trial. Also it's an open label trial - no placebo comparIson group, whIch to me says we know It works as a combo wIth Pembro In melanoma and now need to find out how well It works in other late stage cancers
