Follow the money...the boss kept more stake in SLC than his stake in MP1.
Follow where the boss is...the boss could have gone to work on MP1, however, judging by his move to take on CEO role to help things out here, probably he's seen more immediate potential here and let the other baby slowly sort itself out.
Looks like volume is picking up a bit again with impending good news of more customers with more revenues and more progress of the Hong Kong construction project..
