Even though revenue was down $1,251,000 expenses dropped $1,415,000 helping to increase cashflow for the quarter by $208,000 an excellent result as the company starts to show the results of its recent restructure.

Three things of note, first drop in revenue, hard to tell whether this is seasonal or not at this stage, next year will be the guide. Second, two payments one of $1,300,000 made on the 30 June and one of $1,500,000 made on the 31 July from CZP for Synergy (according to the terms of agreement) do not appear in the Quarterly as I would expect. And thirdly, the last item Note:5 states trade Creditors and Trade Debtors, I'm not one hundred percent shaw on why this has been published maybe someone with a better knowledge of accounting can enlighten me, I understand what they mean but why publish it??

I expect this quarters results should include the Government contracts so I'm looking forward to Jan 2010 at this stage.

    Still moving ahead with speed.
