How much are they paying for the option? If its free or $15m already paid then it's game over.
This started because Khoutam incorrectly stated that WD provided $15m intangible benefit. It was HGST.
That was my point. No mystery.
However, I think it is important to find out what the 4DS/ WD deal is in detail as it could be material to the ultimate value of the end product.
