4DS have not declared retention.

this is a big question mark. There is no holy grail of memenory. Each of the parameters you mention can be configured. However, there is a trade off. i.e. you cannot have all parameters optimised. Its a bit like  Time/ Quality/ cost e - you can only have two outcomes at the expence of the other...i..e do it cheap/ quickly and sacrafice quality or do if fast and increase the cost to achieve quality

In the case of FBR Caterpillar was anticipated to fill the manufacturing and capital requirements but they bailed with no explaination. This left the Pivotts with the mad cap idea of wall as a service to protect the DST being stolen. This story is still evolvinmg with yet another announcement
relleased yesterday that they have an MOU with Brickworks.....a bit like the Saudi MOU they do not talk about anymore. Good luck to them.

Are you speaking for Khotan regarding the $15m investwent in 4DS by WD?

And you valiue it at $20m....how did you come to this figure? What information did you use in your analysys?

Are you are telling us that the company has burned through $20M (on paper/ favours) in addition to the investors capital?

Does this not concern you given the amount of time taken and results to date?

The compoany has not hit any targets yet. It rarely provides solid targets. Where it has these have been revised - see statement  early '18

We are not in the same situation as 30 years ago regarding memeory it is an ever evolvingh and changing landscape and there are many players in the ReRam space.
