Google Patents are the most promising but i got lost there. While i was researching i come across some interesting stuff. The first one explains the fabrication rules for chip and there of the wafer to- a bit of reading between the lines gives us a bit of understanding about the scaling clock speed errors etc:

and the patent about our famous MOHJO:

The most important in the text is speed, endurance,scalability and the extremely low power consumption of MOHJO:

"ReRAM is currently targeting data retention of several years which is well above the 1000 hr target for permanent memory; moreover, estimated write-endurance is in the order of 10¹² cycles. Finally, metal oxide hetero-junction (MOHJO) based, non-filamentary ReRAM can be programmed in approximately 10 nanoseconds at an average power envelope of 0.1-3 pJ per cell."

where the write-endurance is 10 trillion? Perfect for EI where sometimes tens of thousands of write/reset is needed in 1 session. The 10 nanoseconds is amazing! None of the less the heat dissipation witch is 0.1-3 joules for 1 Terabit. So far IMHO NOBODY matched all this. Because of low energy consumption of the cells and therefore low heat dissipation is extremely scalable. Looking forward to Q1 and the second attempt results.
