Your thoughts and initial analysis on this appreciated.

I need to do some analysis around volumes..as population growth more long term upside whereas my concern is around immediate short to mid term volumes (and debt management/liquidity issues which is main focus for this stock). Very much about how much continued uptake or market share (for want of a better word) CEU can get of commuter traffic onto its tolls.

I need to work out (or even better get a broker report who has done it) what the ramp up of traffic volumes would be required to achieve breakeven (CAGR)from current levels (al other things remaining equal) to work out whether sustainable.
