I think TIS have been mislead by the BSI and there isn't a damn thing we can do about it. EMA will be untouchable.
We are just another failed spec company. Just like the other 90% that fail.
It's way too expensive to pursue any legal action and it would drag on for years.
2 options - a) sell out at a massive loss
b) hold on for 3-5 years to see if we get back to neutral capital or go bankrupt..
