(ASX:MPH) today announced their intention to implement a scheme of arrangement
(Scheme) under which destra will acquire all of the issued capital in Magna.

Destra will grow with this transaction to become the largest non-studio film, video and music
content company in Australia and New Zealand."

surely this will be enough to improve the SP once the deal goes thru...
