I had all but given up on Gabon and the government dealings, but that would be the nearest term deal that JKA could add value if PVD got their previously interested drill ship and supply partners back on board, sweetened the government share and JKA could through their relationships bring another party to the operations table, offering Somalia interests as partial payment.
