So with PVD already on the JKA board and now JKA with a new chair in the PVD board a couple days ago, the merger / takeover direction is now set, with still the guess that PVD will wait to the end to get the cheapest shares before delisting and then maneuver to get the rest later.

What will this new dual powerhouse be able to take on?? Either the existing Madagascar or Somalia, or, albeit with limited capital another joint Oil property?
