Wish I had something to offer you here, but I have bugger all expertise when it comes to that sort of thing.
I always keep it simple (often too simple) and expect the unexpected.

JKA needs an injection of new life and have a well connected board (even more so now).
PVD have cash and desperately need to cut away from its current pungent sentiment and unattractive International situation.

Just a hunch that that all adds up to something different, that will be to the benefit of both.
