You will be waiting a while for the dividend Acid. But a capital gain may be in the offering. I have been buying this week as I get the funds. DVN/DVNN where oversold in my opinion. DVN went ex the day the reserve rose rates. They mainly build in Queensland, (brisbane/Gold Coast), and it is booming up there still. (all the baby boomers selling up in Sydney). DVNN listed the same day.
Do your own research, but I think it is a steal at the moment.
