Myyyfok! Wait a bit.. It's gotta be #4. Tea will flow out at opening above #3's tube and trickle straight down (Isaac Newton's law of gravity) and dripping from the main tube onto #4's tube. By this time gravity reduced by a factor of X and the tea gradually flows into cup number 4. If not, then into #4 saucer and someone needs to pour it into the deserved cup, being #4.
