Id rather be sitting on a mountain of cash and a massive leases (PEL 570) which have huge potential and focusing all efforts and resources on releasing shareholder value through the development of this lease then go hunting for the next best thing (which we already have) and spending money on getting and exploring another lease leaving nothing in the bank to develpoe the GEM of a lease we already had.

Sure if our current leases were no good then sure but when you already have a lease that everyone else wants that surrounded by majors, why waste your time and money on anything else at this stage of the companies life?
