With PDN raising all that money ( $400m+ ), NGM have become a target for sure.
Going by the laqst a PDN notice they have 19.9% ie 32m sahres in NGM.
That means there are 128m after the next placement left.
At say 40c PDN only need 51m to wrap up NGM, unless of course they do a share swap, say 1 for 10.
Either way NGM are heading tp PDN soon IMHO.
