NGM are living out of PDN's pockets at the moment with an agreement that expires in a couple of days!!
Ngm has huge potential but no money and nowhere to go in the short term future. PDN has them trapped it will be a bargain basemement takeover for them with little reward for share holders which is sad but bet the directors surface smiling!! IMHO
