Why would PDN grab 19.9% of NGM and then sit on their investment and do nothing, a waste of time and money.
PDN stipulated to NGM when they gave them the money the first time that drilling was a priority, 1500m had to be done, NGM did 1507m. That used up all the money, now NGM are raising $5.2m (half from PDN hence the move to 19.9% ) to continue, PDN can not let NGM get away now cus that $5m might prove up a huge resourse which would send the NGM SP upwards.
The first lot they paid 2c,( PDN that is ) the second lot 7c and the last one 15c, the price keeps going up!!!!!!
PDN will strike and the end of next week will be interesting.
