I'm sorry to say, I think you are right. I'm $40,000 down and still holding way too many shares. And this now looks like a dead duck.

I emailed the company yesterday...no response yet. Very disappointing as this company had the makings of a real winner. I still think there is more to this than meets the eye.

Someone previously mentioned the possibility of a MBO. I'm starting to think this is what is going to happen. At these levels and most probably lower, an offer around 30 - 40 cents is going to seem very attractive. (cash backing maybe) And mum and dad shareholders will not have enough votes to sway the decision either way.

Lesson learned....
