I think both of you overstate your positions.
Empirically, Yellowcake is dead right about the speed at which the rust can spread and its effects on carbon sequestration. The "we don't harvest" argument is clearly bung and its a credit to COZ that they haven't come out with that tripe.
However, it may well be that the plantations of CCF or COZ do actually fall outside the zones where the rust is the biggest problem...
I think every plantation needs a case by case risk analysis. Potentially, some plantations should take preventative measures.
It's a concern but I don't think its such a huge risk as yellowcake argues.
