    Whilst I agree that PPL is in dire straits, I disagree that the MR industry is in decline. The demand for data and insights is stronger than ever before. What is taking place, is a seismic shift in the structure of the industry, as the traditional leaders are replaced by technology-led innovators in the space. e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia, Technology One, etc. SAP's acquisition of Qualtrics for 8B is a strong validation of this.

    PPL's H1 report also shows continued growth of their D&I business...
