I think you may be correct Tony, they will delist and go private.
From these announcements, and what is happening on the ASX, it looks like the company is collapsing.
They bought Cohort for $27 million, and sold it for $500 thousand, that's a loss of over 98 percent.
One director has gone today, the others should all be sacked immediately.
Looks like there is just a few bones left in this company.
And there may be more business unit sell-offs, and more staff sackings and resignations.
I expect they may first try and find a buyer for the business, hopefully so, at least that way the shareholders may receive a small return, like a couple of cents a share (if lucky).
I expect they will shop it around in the UK.
The financiers will be looking at plan A, then plan B, then plan C to get their money back.
Perhaps the sooner this is gone from the ASX the better, the pain and misery is not worth it.
I followed the pack this morning, and sold out, thus realizing a capital loss for tax purposes.
I'm glad to be out, will not post here again, and will never invest in anything these directors and management are associated with.
