The company is fast becoming a major player in Vanadium space and it is busy with so much going on. They need the money to progress works on many fronts.
I dont mind they raise money at 10%-15% discount. It could very well be the case that they see huge potential ahead and want to buy more shares before announcing more stunning results.
It is just a temporary set back for sp but it puts the company in a better financial position to unearth more potentials.
