Well said Rockboy. It's been a disappointing run for SRR since the Otjo legal action in late 2011, to say the very least. We were due to be digging 1 year ago.
I'm with you. Get Otjo into production asap. Existing processing equipment on-site supposedly. Even if it is somewhat rudimentary or antiquated, it does get the cash register ringing up revenue. Manganese price is up, so bank rolling further exploration and development would be a positive step in the right direction.
Former management regime were more engaged with newsflow to the market. Boardroom Radio press releases, proactive investors updates and Pure Speculation in The Australian etc.
Kalamazoo seems to be a positive move on the surface. I commend the initiative to divest non-core assets, whilst maintaining a stake in the future. Clever deal.
Market really needs a production guarantee from SRR to latch onto, before this baby starts to crawl. Resource upgrades won't be enough. We've heard it all before. Ore on boats is what is needed.
Further delays will only see others continuing to nip at our heels and leaving Shaw in their wake. It's crunch time.
