Don't think there is any comparison here to suggest ECG may have poor governance..
ECG's board ..... Rupert Myer, Father and Son Lau team (billionairesssssssss) .... shareholding completely different to NNW and SBB. Too much risk for ECG to ignore governance.
There has been no issue at all with ECG governance to date.
