    I dont understand it either, MRE should have had a nice run by now as most fundamentals have been steadily supporting it ( only worry is still very high stocks at LME, and rising in spite of some mines being on strike and others shut down ), it looks to me like someone is purposely keeping it down in order to accumulate, but then again I could be wrong.
