Hey Roznov, I hear what you are saying but as clearly pointed out in my post I am a sceptic.

Yes there is a BRU connection that drove up KEY's share price, the difference though is that BRU has two massive discoveries in Canning, at the moment we have a heap of acreage. You'll remember that 4 years ago we had a great discovery in Tanzania that drove our share price, look where that got us.

KEY's decision to bring the Canning assets onto our books was an opportunity for Ken to get out of KEY, I don't believe for a second that there was any concern about KEY's future. Just looking for a deal that would enable him to smoothly transition out of the company that would not look too bad for his CV.

The cap raising for CM's mates is predominantly for working capital, ie to pay him and his son. What exploration is this going to fund at this time? We are free carried on Cyrene #1 and the announcement made no mention of what else, within Canning, the exploration funds were needed for.

I agree that this arrangement is much better for us than the Zeta proposal.

On CM I normally would be prepared to wait and see but really all I have to judge him on so far is his history.

Was the deal to move the Canning assets out of EGO good for that company, the one he is Managing Director of? I'd have to say at this stage it appears to be a resounding no. As MD of EGO he should have been looking after their best interests. Does that instill me with confidence that he will look after our best interests? No it doesn't.

Has he got the company moving again with renewed interest and financial support? No, the previous management's decision to acquire the Canning assets was not CM's decision to make, whilst he put forward the proposal to KEY it was ultimately a decision by KEY's previous management and the approval by KEY shareholders that sees us with the Canning assets. BRU actually has more to do with our renewed interest than CM, as Chairman, does. Yes there was financial support, which at this stage appears to be a classic pump and dump. Funny that most of the posters that were pumping KEY have disappeared in the last few days.

What else has CM done for KEY? Since becoming chairman he has installed his son as part time CEO, he has stopped production from Brockham pending testing and he has raised $1 million dollars from his mates. I have seen nothing else from the company to indicate he has done anything else so I needs judge his performance based on the factual evidence available.

As I have previously pointed out I am hopeful that I am wrong but to date have seen no evidence to the contrary.
