I have traded this one to a position of a free carry so dont really have a down side.

Having said that I like CHM as I like the way they have gone about unravelling the dirty deeds of the defendents.

They have had mud thrown out them. The Rebecca Urban articles were a classic. How is the fact that someone who owns a sex shop and investing in CHM relevent to the case.

We could look at Mitsubishi and say well how many Australians did they kill in WW2 but again what is the relevence.

All of this is a side issue.

The key is could MMX have acquired the assets without the misuse of CHM. Given the financial position of MMX when it was suspended I believe it could have.

If this is the case it has profited from illegal activity and the law is clear on the implications of this.

My call is a minimum of 10% of Crossland plus substantial cash to CHM if judge is allowed to make decision. IF MMX settle then a big swag of MMX shares.
