CHM will run up again ahead of closing submissions as the "market" will get excited not realising that the judge will the be months going through the evidence.

Thanks Glyna and Spiderman for your concerns but I dont have a lot of faith in what the "market" is sayng as it is full of examples of getting it hugely wrong. Even the big boys.

What I have faith in is a basic understanding of the case, consequences of companies who gain by illegal means and what is required for a company to be deemed by the court to have knowledge.
