Interesting comparing CHM to horseracing and betting.
Consider...
I bought a yearling for $100,000. Someone steals the horse, sells it to a third party, who(PRESUMEABLY)didn't know it was stolen. The horse wins $10,000,000 in prizemoney and stud value is now $20,000,000.Do I have a case against the new owners???.
Ignorance is no excuse, buyer beware etc. etc.
Not long now before the Judge will make a preliminary announcement He will then consider the arguments. Perhaps direct both parties one last chance to come to an arrangement, they won't (I hope). He will then "JUDGE" the facts and finally we will get a result. Somewhere between $150,000,000. and $300,000,000 would be nice, considering, since the original claim of $150,000,000 the value of JACKHILLS has trebled,MMX could consider it a good result.
HORSE SENSE... rare inteligence that keeps horses from betting on humans.
