Looks like great news all.
Basically paid $2,550,000 for 42.72% of Charlie Creek. By my mathematics this values CUX's share of Chalie Creek (56.28%) at $3,390,000. This is approximately 30% above the market cap at a share price of 1 cent.
I'm now looking forward to an exciting future for CUX and Charlie Creek.
