There is an ad in the NT News today for industry briefings on Project Sea Dragon work packages. Do they allow the casual observer/ shareholder to come along?

Seafarms will outline Project Sea Dragon and provide detail on key work packages at a two hour industry briefing in the Hilton Darwin 32 Mitchell Street, on 14 August 2018 at 4pm.
Seafarms intends to undertake some early site works this year prior to financial close and will invite tenders for other significant site works to enable site inspections to take place this dry season ready for commencement in the dry season of 2019.
