Compared to CEO's of the big 4, Snowball is overpaid relative to bank performance. By how much is really a individuals opinion.
I'm actually more interested in the reasons he has just sold almost 30% of his share holdings (excluding options). The reason of needing to pay a upcoming tax liability doesn't sound right to me.
