    On another note his chances of getting up are basically nil.

    Why, well the board is going to vote NO. That's 263,912 no votes. That leaves 522,375 votes of which Matthew needs 393,144 (or 75.3% of the total) to win a seat on the board, and that assumes that everyone votes!

    In most cases on 70% of eligible voters vote that would be 550,401 of which the board holds 263,912.

    So no matter how you look at it the chances of Matthew getting onto the board is nil, yet he has persisted.

    He also mentioned to me that if he has enough support that he would continue to press the board for a seat.

    This could be a distracting and costly time for AEJ and will not look good from the lenders perspective.
