    NTM roughly 100m shares on issue , issuing about 50 to 60m shares for RCF , a good structure . cash $1.5m , no need for an issue . Good location , several mills in the area . up grade the resource to Jorc 2012 , toll treat to local mill or sell the prospect with 80.000 0zs to SBM , at least its got some resources rather than another exploration play like the manganese . thats the way i read it .
