In my opinion there is only one reason why EBG rejected Honeycombe (a deal worth 65c per share imho) and that is because Axiom came back with a better offer.

My theory is that the deal is already done, but they won't announce it in these market conditions.
Perhaps we have to wait 4-8 weeks?

So stop acting like a spoilt brat, we will get the good news soon enough, but it's no good announcing anything while the market is on the defensive.
