That's pretty good fluffy.
My old house mate was 100kg at 5 ft 9 but he was not fat. Trained everyday for 3 hours plus. Always Kate for everything because he could not disturb his workout.
Chicken tuna, chillies ( for metabolism) raw veggies. But he would never cook with oil and would smash two big cans of microwaved tuna . He ate for consumption , but it used to make me want to puke. So if the girlfriend came over we woul get the hell out for a few hours lol.
One time he decided to enter a comp so lost 15 kg in less than 2 months. Was so committed, occasionally I woul ride or run or workout with him but he was a machine,.....
Funny thing was though. As cut as he looked for the comp, he was a ranga, and could only tan red lol...... so in the end he decided not to enter........ lol
So keep working , or I will send my "mate" round to whip you into shape!
